 How can we tell if our material has been delivered?We have a check back system in place, which means we will give you details of streets your material was delivered to and you can perform your own check back by asking residents, staff or family members who live in the area if they had seen the material. We're currently testing a new system of digitally recording all our deliveries so that you have a DVD recording of every drop we've carried out for your campaign. Can I choose where my advertising material is delivered to?Even though we will help you identify the area's that will give your campaign the best possible distribution, it's entirely the choice of the client to choose the location to choose where their material is distributed. How long will it take to deliver my material?It normally depends on the size of the campaign but at present our turnaround period is within a week as we have a very successful team in place and we will be adding to that team soon. How do I get my material to you for distribution?It's not common with distribution companies but as a courtesy to our customers, we will send someone to collect the material if you are not able to bring it to us. |
